MOLLY ROOSA
EQUINE SPECIALIST
Hello! My name is Molly Roosa, and my equine partner is a Haflinger named Surprise. I’ve grown up here in Portage County, showing and loving horses for as long as I can remember. My years in 4-H played a huge role in shaping who I am today and deepened my lifelong passion for horses.
While I always knew I wanted a life centered around horses, I’ve found myself on a path more meaningful than I ever imagined. I attended The Ohio State University and earned a degree in Horse Production and Management—an experience that laid the foundation for the work I love today.
What brings me the most joy is working closely with both horses and humans in therapeutic and purposeful ways. Waking up each day to be with horses is a dream—but being able to help people through that connection is even more rewarding.
The bond between horse and human is something truly special. I love helping others experience that connection and watching how it supports personal growth, healing, and confidence. It’s a privilege to pass on what I’ve learned and to encourage strong, lasting relationships between people and these incredible animals.
