Banjo is a colorful tobiano, tri-colored quarter pony who loves being a horse. He is cautious yet playful, guarded yet willing, skeptical of humans and starting to trust them. His favorite thing to do is take his people for a walk down the trails. He has strong opinions about how he wants to be treated and is a sensitive handsome horse. When Banjo is comfortable and communication is clear, he is all heart and will give you 110% try. Banjo does struggle to trust and if things happen around him too fast, he can get confused easily. We interact with him in ways that grow his confidence by giving him lots of freedom of choice. He is honest with his emotions and if he doesn’t like something, you will know. We are very glad he is a part of our counseling team. You will quickly discover how much he likes clear communication.
